Per\u00f2, prova a prenderla ugualmente in considerazione, anche solo per qualche minuto.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Rifletti su quanto vuoi realizzare e su quello che stai cercando. Immagina di averlo gi\u00e0 realizzato e trovato. Una volta che l’hai realizzato e trovato, prendi atto di come ti senti, di cosa decidi di fare o essere. Poi passa l’intera giornata o almeno qualche minuto sentendoti proprio in quel modo, facendo e essendo quanto faresti e saresti una volta realizzato e trovato quel che vuoi.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Prova a farlo, anche solo per un po’, tenendo conto che non ti costa proprio nulla.
